From Pawnee City, to chasing spies, to being a judge

Judge Bill Colwell thinks reading is important to your development, especially the reading of young people. He has donated more than 80 books for children and young adults to the Pawnee City Library. The books he has donated are typical of his interests: They include a series of books called Ethical Debates that cover topics like euthanasia, discussing the pros and cons of an argument. Famous People in American History is another series he has donated. Books that cover economics, terrorist attacks, a series called Citizens and Their Government, and books that cover character.
